• 10:26 a.m. Tuesday - Matthew J. Middaugh, 36, Plymouth, arrested for theft from a motor vehicle with a value of property at least $750. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:01 p.m. Tuesday - Brian L. Richardson, 32, of 205 W. Washington St., Syracuse, arrested for community correction violation. No bond set.

• 1:23 p.m. Tuesday - Sue A. Wallen, 61, of 324 N. Sherman St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 1:39 p.m. Tuesday - Ryan L. Deavers, 30, of 1607 Dot St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:59 p.m. Tuesday - Dustin M. Boardman, 36, of 305 Collamer Road, South Whitley, arrested for stalking violations and revocation of a suspended sentence. Bond: $26,250.

• 9 p.m. Tuesday - Jose T. Lopez, 56, of 1407 Green Hill Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 9:48 p.m. Tuesday - Jakaar D. Daniels, 29, of 3100 Frontage Road, #2, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $500.

• 11:18 p.m. Tuesday - Stephen L. Strain, 59, of 407 S. Indiana St., #49, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery simple assault and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $1,000.

• 12:43 a.m. Wednesday - Joshua B. Slone, 23, of 1207 Kuder Lane, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.

• 1:12 a.m. Wednesday - Charlie McKinney, 51, South Bend, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 9:02 p.m. Tuesday - A driver was arrested in the 100 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. KCSO.

• 9:08 p.m. Tuesday - Domestic battery was reported in the 400 block of South Indiana Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:12 p.m. Tuesday - Theft was reported in the 9600 block of Koher Road, Syracuse. KCSO.
