Evelyn Lucile Mottweiler, 93, Grace Village Retirement Community in Winona Lake, died at 5 a.m. on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at Grace Village Health Care.

She was born on Feb. 6, 1928, in Greenville, Ill., to Lila Lucile Thompson Marston and Leslie Ray Marston.

On May 31, 1948, she was married to Rev. Jack Hugo Mottweiler. He died Dec. 28, 1997.

Friends and family may visit from 4 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw. There will also be calling one hour prior to her service at the church from 10 to 11 a.m. Evelyn's life will be celebrated with a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 24 at Winona Lake Community Church (formerly Winona Lake Free Methodist Church), 902 College Ave., Winona Lake,  and officiated by Pastor Bonnie Church and Pastor Rick Hurley.  A graveside service will follow at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw.
