Larry and Roberta Tucker will be celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary on March 25.  

They were married on March 25, 1956, at Eel River Church in Silver  Lake.

 They have two daughters: Debra (Ot) Schroeder and Cynthia (Duane) Snyder; and two sons: Dennis (Cindy) Tucker and Jeff Tucker.  A son, Timothy, is deceased.  They also have 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

They are retired from Larry Tucker State Farm Insurance.

The Tippecanoe Valley girls’ win on Tuesday night wasn’t the prettiest, but at this time of year that doesn’t matter. The team was able to survive and advance with a victory in the opening game of the 3A Sectional Tournament at Fairfield, pulling away late to defeat West Noble 40-19.
