Rodolfo “Rudy” Marzan, age 78, of Warsaw, passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at 11:36 a.m. in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

Rodolfo was born July 13, 1942, in Naguilian, La Union, Philippines, to Pedro Nang and Silvina Marzan Marzan. He was united in marriage to Severa Marzan.

Rudy worked as a chef for the Rosebowl Restaurant in Baguio City, Philippines, and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He was employed with Maple Leaf Farms, Warsaw, where he retired.

Rodolfo is survived by his wife, Severa Marzan, of Warsaw; children, Rodel (Yolly) Marzan, Gina (Kerry) Mosher, Cristy (Cesar) Palabay, Ronald Marzan and Rusella (Resty) Laput; grandchildren, Rodally, Ricky Neil, Rizza, Paul, Patrick, Isaiah, Kryssa, Jace, Ella and Everson; and great-grandchild, Dayme Blue. In addition, survivors include siblings, Art Nang, Philippines; Eleonor Nudas, USA; and Reynaldo Nang, Italy; brother and sisters-in-law; along with nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by both parents, and siblings, Gilbert Nang, Mel Marzan, Luz Lee and Nestor Nang.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 20 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
