• 9:31 a.m. Tuesday - Donald Lee Collins, 65, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #64, Pierceton, arrested for leaving the scene of a crash with property damage. Bond: $1,500.

• 12:20 p.m. Tuesday - Jeffery Lee Brewer, 37, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #49, Pierceton, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 1:48 p.m. Tuesday - Brett Allen Niccum, 25, of 202 S. High St., North Manchester, arrested for resisting law enforcement and on a warrant. No bond set.

• 3:12 p.m. Tuesday - Dale Eugene Shepherd Jr., 37, Goshen, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 9:09 p.m. Tuesday- Tyson James Montague, 30, of 208 W. Elm St., Pierceton, arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:32 p.m. Tuesday - Gabriel Patino Jr., 35, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #204, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear and criminal mischief. Bond: $10,250.

Injuries: Cook complained of neck pain; a passenger in Caudill’s vehicle, Temperance Caudill, 12, West CR 1150S, Silver Lake, complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:22 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Greenhill and Leiter drives, Warsaw. SUV hit concrete guardrail. Driver: McKenzie M. Hale, 20, South Detroit Street, Warsaw. Injury: Hale had minor bleeding to the face. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 11:48 a.m. Tuesday - Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 600 block of South Main Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 5:32 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia in the 800 block of North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.
