• 10:30 p.m. Tuesday - Justin David Joyal, 35, Warren, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 10:18 a.m. Wednesday - Amber Dee Prater, 39, West CR 900S, Akron, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
