• 2:08 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and North CR 875W, Warsaw. Car-truck collision. Drivers: Marlin Fuentes, 32, Goshen; Paul A. Banks, 44, Bridgman, Mich. Injuries: Fuentes and a passenger in Fuentes’ car, Marlin Fuentes, 10, Goshen, were pronounced dead; Banks complained of an abrasion on his elbow/lower arm. Damage: $50,000-$1000,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
