The local Beta Zeta chapter of Delta Theta Tau sorority recently donated $300 to Kosciusko Literary Services. Delta Theta Tau is a philanthropic sorority that raises their funds by geranium sales in the spring and butter braid sales in the fall. The $300 donation to KLS will help to place children’s books in the homes of families living in poverty. The donation also helps adults who are learning to read, earning an Indiana High School Equivalency Diploma or learning English as a second language. Pictured are Cheryl Avery, KLS board president; Marcia Randolph, sorority member; and Cindy Cates, executive director of KLS.
