Plaintiff also filed an Affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of Defendants, Unknown Heirs-at-Law, Beneficiaries, Legatees, Devisees, and Donees of Ernestine M. Shepherd and Teresa Crews upon diligent inquiry, are unknown. The cause of action is for default on a promissory note and foreclosure upon a mortgage on the following descried real estate:
A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED I THE TOWN OF CLAYPOOL, COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO, STATE OF INDIANA, AND KNOWN AS:
BEING LOT NUMBER 45 IN SHIPLEY'S OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY RECORDS.

Address: 306 West Walnut Street, Claypool, IN 46510
Therefore, said Defendants are hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint and that unless Defendants file an answer within thirty (30) days of the last publication of this notice, default judgment may be entered against said Defendants for the relief sough in the Complaint.
