NAPPANEE CITY PLAN COMMISSION
The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee City Municipal Center, 300 W. Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana.
The purpose of the Hearing is to conduct a Public Hearing on Petition #07-21-PLN filed by Mark Miller of Newcomer Service, Inc. and Owner of MA Land Management, LLC and MA Property Management, LLC. The petitioner is requesting to change the zoning from R-1 Low Density Residential to B-2 General Business. The properties include three separate parcels located at 853 S. Main Street, 805 S. Main Street and the south lot of 802 S. Elm Street.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTIES:
Lot Numbered 537 and 538 in Culp’s Second Addition to the Town, now City of Nappanee.
Lot Numbered 539 in Culp’s Second Addition to the Town, now City of Nappanee.
Lot Numbered 534 in Culp’s Second Addition to the Town, now City of Nappanee
A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee, Indiana, City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. Written objections that are filed with the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.
All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City should contact the Office of the City Clerk-Treasurer, 300 West Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana 46550, (574)773-2112, [email protected] as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
