• 6:13 p.m. Tuesday - Tyler Adam Ferguson, 22, Millerberg, arrested for strangulation and domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. No bond set.

• 1:06 a.m. Wednesday - Ashlee Nicole Moore, 31, of 840 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

Injuries: Passengers in Manahan’s vehicle, Marlee Vice, 7, North CR 400E, Warsaw, complained of chest pain; Mattilyn Vice, 9, North CR 400E, Warsaw, complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:34 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Ind. 19 and West CR 575N, Etna Green. Pickup drove off roadway. Driver: William J. Watson, 29, Elkhart. Injury: Watson had minor bleeding. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sherriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:45 p.m. Tuesday - West CR 300S, 500 feet west of South CR 25W, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Jeffrey D. Rohrer, 50, West CR 600S, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 6:08 a.m. Wednesday - South CR 400E, 200 feet south of East Ind. 14, Claypool. SUV hit deer. Driver: Jaela M. Burkett, 20, Rochester. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

Divide And Conquer
Editor, Times-Union: It is glaringly obvious to anyone with functioning brain cells that today’s MAGA (formerly known as the Grand Old Party) has only one strategy to win the 2024 election: divide and conquer and pull the wool over the voting public’s eyes. Their playbook consists of misinformation, distortion of facts, projections, conspiracy theories and plain old bald-faced lies. If they cannot find damning evidence of lawlessness or evil deeds in their opponents’ resumes, they just make something up: Kamala’s intelligence or race, Tim’s real pet dog or his mysterious connection to China; Biden’s unwillingness to help America’s catastrophe victims.
