Ferber thanked Ivy Tech Vice-Chancellor Allyn Decker, who was present and said a few words to the graduates. Ivy Tech Warsaw is the location of the free Warsaw Adult Education classes students attended to prepare for the TASC test.
Also speaking on Tuesday night was Dr. David Hoffert, Warsaw Community Schools superintendent.
