CR 650N, North Webster, arrested for fraud – making a false sales document, felony probation violation, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. No bond set.

• 3:36 p.m. Thursday - Andrew Joseph Wingard, 18, New Paris, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 1:15 p.m. Friday - Maria Rosario Chavez-Sanchez, 50, of 1397 E. CR 350N, Warsaw, arrested for fraud – making a false sales document. Bond: $100.
