• 2:59 p.m. Thursday - Roxanne Marie Ratliff, 40, of 7332 E. CR 650N, North Webster, arrested for fraud – making a false sales document, felony probation violation, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. No bond set.

• 3:36 p.m. Thursday - Andrew Joseph Wingard, 18, New Paris, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 7:58 p.m. Thursday - Dennis Dean Meade, 53, of 4929 S. CR 700W, Mentone, arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.

• 11 a.m. Friday - Kimberly R. Gardner, 53, of 1904 Sand Castle Drive, #B, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:15 p.m. Friday - Maria Rosario Chavez-Sanchez, 50, of 1397 E. CR 350N, Warsaw, arrested for fraud – making a false sales document. Bond: $100.
