• 12:11 p.m. Sunday - Nicholas J. Silva, 21, of 611 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:14 p.m. Sunday - Cory A. Martin, 33, of 111 S. Wood St., Apt. A, Warsaw, arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:43 p.m. Sunday - Paul J. Westberg Jr., 43, homeless, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 9:16 p.m. Sunday - Anthony P. Banks, 45, of 321 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while being a lifetime habitual traffic violator and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:14 p.m. Sunday - Chad A. Goble, 41, of 40 E. Levi Lee Road, lot 6, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a syringe and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:46 a.m. Monday - Amanda M. Daler, 38, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, felony probation violation and possession of a syringe. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:13 a.m. Monday - North Ind. 13, 33 feet south of EMS B12 Lane, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver: Timothy J. Biddle, 60, EMS T16A Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $750-$1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 5:55 a.m. Monday - East U.S. 30, 33 feet west of Arnolt Drive, Warsaw. Car left roadway. Driver: Franklin D. Rowlett, 61, Fort Wayne. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 6:20 a.m. Monday - South Ind. 13, 2,500 feet south of East CR 725S, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Lacey J. Rodgers, 26, North CR 100W, North Manchester. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
