• 7:38 a.m. Friday - De Kota Allen Holbrook, 24, of 920 Anchorage Road, #11, Warsaw, arrested for residential entry and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. No bond set.

• 8:46 a.m. Friday - Dustin Jeremiah Sieglinger, 37, of 81 EMS W30 Lane, North Webster, arrested for a felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 1 p.m. Friday - Arthur Duane Gaston, 43, of 17 EMS B6A Lane, Leesburg, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

Injuries: Spangle had a head injury and was airlifted by Lutheran Air to Lutheran Hospital Fort Wayne. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 9 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and South CR 250E, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Keeley A. Mackowicz, 34, South Bend; Kyla C. Chamberlain, 20, Columbia City. Injury: Mackowicz complained of wrist pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:44 p.m. Thursday - U.S. 30, 1,488 feet east of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: John D. Bakehorn, 52, South Hawthorne Court, Winona Lake; David H.
