• 12:04 p.m. Tuesday - Kymberly L. Pate, 31, of 202 W. Randolph St., Nappanee, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 12:58 p.m. Tuesday - Megan R. Watts, 24, of 15189 Fir Road, Bourbon, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 11:26 p.m. Tuesday - Barry D. Bruner Jr., 33, of 9878 N. Skyline Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $1,200.
• 5:53 a.m. Wednesday - Caitlyn E. Smarr, 25, of 140 EMS B33 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a syringe and possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.

Injuries: Merley was taken by ambulance to Parkview Hospital, Warsaw, for complaint of head and neck pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
