• 8:34 p.m. Monday - Brandon Reamer, 21, of 3990 N. Meadow Ridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for felony battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:04 p.m. Tuesday - Kymberly L. Pate, 31, of 202 W. Randolph St., Nappanee, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 12:58 p.m. Tuesday - Megan R. Watts, 24, of 15189 Fir Road, Bourbon, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 11:26 p.m. Tuesday - Barry D. Bruner Jr., 33, of 9878 N. Skyline Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $1,200.

• 5:53 a.m. Wednesday - Caitlyn E. Smarr, 25, of 140 EMS B33 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a syringe and possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:45 a.m. Wednesday - James A. Bumbaugh, 28, of 404 S. First St., Pierceton, arrested for possession of a syringe and possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:47 a.m. Wednesday - Bobi K. Sopher, 44, of 101 N. Main St., Syracuse, arrested for check deception. Bond: $150.

• 7:28 p.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 25, 200 feet east of South Bruner Road, Mentone. Van hit Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Kayla B. Merley, 20, West Partridge Drive, Mentone. Injuries: Merley was taken by ambulance to Parkview Hospital, Warsaw, for complaint of head and neck pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:28 a.m. Wednesday - North Ind. 19, 500 feet south of West CR 75N, Etna Green. Pickup hit Kosciusko County REMC utility pole. Driver: Austin J. Whitaker, 24, East Maple Street, Mentone. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 4:54 a.m. Wednesday - 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Juan P. Marquez-Nieto, 34, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw; Matthew S. Goble, 40, South Columbia Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 5:17 a.m. Wednesday - South Main Street, 33 feet north of West First Street, Milford. Car hit Century Link utility pole. Driver: Tabitha P. Tucker, 24, North CR 100E, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 4:30 a.m. Wednesday - A drug overdose was reported in the 100 block of Petro Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:30 a.m. Wednesday - Two people were arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug in the 100 block of Petro Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
