Abercrombie is an award-winning actress, singer-songwriter, a Parent’s Choice Award-winning storyteller and an accomplished filmmaker, according to a provided news release. She recently received a Dove Award, and a Movieguide, Grace Award, for her performance in the Kendrick Brothers film "War Room,” where she played the spicy, 80-year-old prayer warrior Miss Clara.
