• 2:04 p.m. Tuesday - Bobbie J. Perkins, 52, of 303 S. Indiana St., #1, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $450.

• 6:35 p.m. Tuesday - Lisa A. Gillem, 57, of 8626 S. Yellow View Lane, Claypool, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 8:08 p.m. Tuesday - Jose J. Cortes-Delgadillo, 51, of 8646 S. CR 200W, Silver Lake, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 8:58 p.m. Tuesday - Corey F. Rangel, 34, Dowagiac, Mich., arrested for criminal recklessness and criminal mischief causing property damage of at least $50,000. Bond: $600.

• 9:14 p.m. Tuesday - Ricky A. Johnson, 40, of 2605 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, possession of a syringe, reckless driving and a felon in possession of a firearm. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:05 p.m. Tuesday - Jeffery A. Fuller, 37, of 802 E. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:45 p.m. Tuesday - Angela C. Rogers, 37, Rochester, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a syringe, deception of a legend drug and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:41 a.m. Wednesday - West CR 1350N, 100 feet east of North CR 700W, Nappanee. Car swerves to avoid deer, hits NIPSCO utility pole. Driver: Carson B. Shireman, 22, Argos. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:20 a.m. Tuesday - A death investigation was opened in the 400 block of West Catherine Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 4:33 p.m. Tuesday - A natural death was reported in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:01 p.m. Tuesday - A driver was arrested in the 300 block of South High Street, Warsaw, for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, reckless driving and criminal mischief causing damage of least $50,000. WPD.

• 6:53 p.m. Tuesday - Reckless driving was reported in the 10900 block of North Ind. 15, Milford. MPD.

• 9:44 p.m. Tuesday - Theft was reported in the 700 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.
