Judy Faye Brainard, 68, of Warsaw, passed away and entered eternal rest at 8:20 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2021, after having liver complications.

Judy was born on May 24, 1952, to Jesse and Oma Jean Bradley McKenzie in Warsaw. She grew up in North Manchester and raised her two sons in California and Texas. Judy later returned home to Warsaw, where she lived until her death.

She was a loving mother, daughter and sister. She enjoyed spending time with those closest to her and was adored by her grandchildren. She had a love for reading mystery novels, playing rummy with her sons and grandsons and animals, especially her yorkie, Zoey, whom had been her companion for the past 10 years.

She is survived by two sons:?Jamie Brainard, of Warsaw; and Travis Brainard, of Pierceton; three grandchildren: Lleyton Brainard, of Warsaw; Landon Brainard, of Warsaw; and Kelsie Brainard, of Pierceton; two sisters: Joyce (Dee) Harris, of Pierceton; and Brenda Shuherk, of Warsaw; and one brother, Dan (Cassie) Bradley, of Murfreesboro, Tenn.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Frank Bradley.

No services are planned at this time. A memorial to celebrate Judy’s life will be scheduled at a later date. Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
