• 3:36 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Smith Street and North Bay Drive, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Caroline Hastings, 18, East Blossom Lane, Warsaw; Tyson A. Gaff, 45, North Calhoun Street, South Whitley. Injuries: Gaff was checked by medics on scene for complaint of back pain and signed off on any further treatment. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. • 3:01 p.m. Monday - Police requested a warrant for the arrest of a driver in the 2500 block of West CR 550S, Claypool, for driving while suspended charges. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 11:47 p.m. Monday - A driver was arrested in the 100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and reckless driving. KCSO.
