• 3:36 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Smith Street and North Bay Drive, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Caroline Hastings, 18, East Blossom Lane, Warsaw; Tyson A. Gaff, 45, North Calhoun Street, South Whitley. Injuries: Gaff was checked by medics on scene for complaint of back pain and signed off on any further treatment. Damage: $1,000-$2,500.
