    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Daniel Killinger Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Agricultural District to a Residential District, The Following Real Estate, located on North Side of Fourth St and 0’ South of Sixth St. Key Number: 020-032-320.CB in Van Buren Township.

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    All of lot number 4, together with the west 18 feet of lot number 3 in Fuller's Subdivision, Addition Number 1, in the southeast quarter of section 8, township 34 north range 6 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, together being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
