Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing to discuss the amendments, revisions, and additions of the following sections of the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Control Ordinance, Stormwater Control Ordinance, and Mobile Home Park Ordinance;
Zoning Ordinance:
Article 1 – Basic Provisions
1.5 Jurisdiction: The jurisdiction of this Ordinance shall include all lands and waters within the territorial jurisdiction of the Count Jurisdiction: The jurisdiction of this Ordinance shall include all lands and waters within the territorial jurisdiction of the County and the incorporated Town Limits of those participating municipalities. All buildings erected, all uses of land or buildings established, all structural alterations or relocation of buildings, and all enlargements of or additions to uses, occurring after March 1, 1975 shall be subject to all provisions of this Ordinance which are applicable to the zoning districts in which those buildings, uses, land or waters shall be located.
2.13 Overlay District Description to include the Town of Leesburg
Article 4 Section 4.11 Fees of the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance – amendment to those sections and fee requirements for Improvement Location Permits, Filing Fees, Occupancy Permits, and Sign Permits.

Said amendments, revisions, and additions to the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance shall, if adopted, apply to those unincorporated areas of Kosciusko County as well as those participating municipalities within the County including the Town of Syracuse, Town of Milford, Town of North Webster, Town of Etna Green, Town of Pierceton, Town of Burket, Town of Claypool, Town of Leesburg, and the Town of Silver Lake. Copies of the proposed amendments can be found on the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission website at www.kcgov.com or in the Area Plan Commission Offices.
This Hearing will be held in the Commissioners meeting room on the 3rd floor of the Kosciusko County Courthouse at 100 W. Center St., Warsaw, Indiana, on Wednesday the 3rd day of March 2021 at 1:00 P.M. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office if the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission, Warsaw, Indiana, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing. Copies of the proposals are available upon request in the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Office.
