• 3:10 p.m. Tuesday - Nicholas A. Schult, 25, Elkhart, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:41 p.m. Tuesday - Mitchell P. Hall, 49, Wolcottville, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:49 p.m. Tuesday - Scott A. Coverstone, 58, of 709 N. Lotz Lane, Silver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a controlled substance in the body. Bond: $700.

• 1:51 a.m. Wednesday - Corey M. Dains, 37, Mishawaka, arrested for dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felony, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:23 a.m. Wednesday - William A. Moore, 22, of 964 W. Monoquet Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:19 p.m. Wednesday - Shelby A. Laubham, 26, of 701 W. Union St., Ligonier, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:49 p.m. Tuesday - West Old 30, 500 feet west of North CR 800W, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Drake W. Harris, 19, Michaels Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 12:30 p.m. Wednesday - East U.S. 30, 25 feet west of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Mila T. Roose, 80, Plymouth; Adrienna M. Taylor, 25, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
