• 8:57 p.m. Wednesday - Amarae Machell Dilley, 40, of 729 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested on two charges of felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 9:07 p.m. Wednesday - Jamie Martin Wolfe, 24, of 729 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 10:25 p.m. Wednesday - Lakin Lexie Jackson, 28, of 602 E. Palm Drive, Syracuse, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:18 a.m. Thursday - Joshua Cain Kauffman, 40, of 6943 W. CR 800N, Nappanee, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 4:37 a.m. Thursday - Miranda Lee Spangle, 23, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 10:39 a.m. Thursday - Aubrey Ann Coy, 42, of 221 S. High St., #C, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 1:40 p.m. Thursday - Lisa Marie Jayne, 31, of 305 E. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:22 a.m. Thursday - East CR 1400N, 1,000 feet west of North Eastshore Drive, Syracuse. Car hit deer. Driver: Scott J. Bolinger, 31, North Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 4:41 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of North CR 100E and East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Keshia R. Hurd, 29, Hepler Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

Warsaw Gets Past Goshen On Penalty Kicks, Advances
A September match between the Warsaw and Goshen girls soccer teams resulted in a 1-1 tie after a hard-fought match. Tuesday night, the two teams met for a second time on a much bigger stage: the opening round of the 3A girls soccer sectional tournament at Elkhart High School. With a winner having to emerge this time around, it came down to penalty kicks, with the Lady Tigers winning 5-3 after a 0-0 tie.
