• 8:58 a.m. Monday - Michael Ryan Nelson, 35, Rochester, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:53 a.m. Monday - Erik Michael Jarvis, 35, of 3265 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:09 a.m. Monday - Robert James Brubaker, 37, of 5742 S. Lake Shore Drive, #W, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.

• 2:28 p.m. Monday - Donna Elayne Everage, 29, of 2016 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for a drug court violation. No bond set.

• 2:49 p.m. Monday - Skyler Lee Gonzales, 21, of 242 N. Bobber Lane, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

Warsaw Gets Past Goshen On Penalty Kicks, Advances
A September match between the Warsaw and Goshen girls soccer teams resulted in a 1-1 tie after a hard-fought match. Tuesday night, the two teams met for a second time on a much bigger stage: the opening round of the 3A girls soccer sectional tournament at Elkhart High School. With a winner having to emerge this time around, it came down to penalty kicks, with the Lady Tigers winning 5-3 after a 0-0 tie.
