• 4:42 p.m. Tuesday - Jessica Lee Villa, 40, of 606 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, driving while suspended with a prior suspension, operating a vehicle without financial responsibility with a prior and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 5:40 p.m. Tuesday - Brandon Jaymes Hattery, 28, of 451 S. Elm St., Nappanee, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 8:25 p.m. Tuesday - Darren Allen Diaz, 40, homeless, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:06 a.m. Tuesday - Kyle James Gilson, 30, of 1018 Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a firearm by a dangerous person with a prior and manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. No bond set.

• 2:15 a.m. Wednesday - Steven Matthew Perry Jr., 25, of 115 N. Sherman St., Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:22 p.m. Wednesday - Joseph Littrice, 29, Elkhart, arrested for felony parole violation. No bond set.

• 2:10 p.m. Wednesday - Brett Michael Bishop, 29, Peru, Ind., arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:26 p.m. Friday - North Ind. 19, 500 feet south of West CR 950N, Nappanee. Pickup-buggy collision. Drivers: Kevin A. Swihart, 30, East Water Street, Akron; Wayne R. Hochstetler, 45, North CR 600W, Milford. Injuries: Hochstetler was treated and released at the scene for cut and complaint of pain to his lower left leg; a passenger in Hochstetler’s buggy, Monica Hochstetler, 9, North CR 600W, Milford, was airlifted to a local hospital with back pain and bruising to the neck and being semi-responsive. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 5:43 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Center and South Roosevelt streets, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Steven W. Zorn, 48, Oriole Lane, Warsaw; James C. White, 54, North CR 650E, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 8:42 p.m. Tuesday - West CR 1350, 3,000 feet east of North CR 950W, Nappanee. Car hit deer. Driver: Joetta F. Miller, 21, 2B Road, Nappanee. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 1:44 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and being a felon in possession of a firearm in the 500 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw. WPD.
