The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 2:18 p.m. Monday - Johnathan N. Arnett, 34, of 5193 W. Lakeview Park Drive, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 3:07 p.m. Monday - Aaron Kinser Brubaker, 38, of 418 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:50 p.m. Monday - Destinie Ann Garcia, 26, Hammond, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 6:01 p.m. Monday - Timothy Charles Jordan, 60, of 214 W. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:21 a.m. Tuesday - Jose Nunez Malagon, 49, of 921 N. CR 600W, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 9:39 a.m. Tuesday - Isaiah Michael Landis, 22, Freemount, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.

• 2:47 p.m. Monday - North Ind. 15, 1,000 feet north of West CR 300N, Warsaw. Two-van collision. Drivers: Doug W. Baker, 46, South Southwood Drive, Warsaw; Belinda S. Pruitt, 52, East Sycamore Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Pruitt complained of neck and head pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:25 p.m. Monday - An animal bite was reported in the 700 block of Brown Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:35 p.m. Monday - Money was reported stolen in the 3100 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:14 p.m. Monday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 600 block of North First Street, Pierceton. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:45 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior in the 100 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
