• 6:40 p.m. Tuesday - Heather Lynn Scherer, 42, Columbia City, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $700.
• 8:58 p.m. Tuesday - Nathaniel Phillip Trott, 28, of 40 EMS B6 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $400.
• 12:01 a.m. Wednesday - Brad Lee Niles Jr., 34, of 1010 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for theft of motor vehicle. Bond: $6,000.
• 2:59 a.m. Wednesday - Jodi Ann Pruitt, 52, of 404 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 11:16 a.m. Wednesday - David Timothy Arthur, 22, of 213 Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $1,000.

• 9:03 p.m. Tuesday - West CR 250S, 350 feet east of South Ind. 25, Warsaw. Motorcycle was found laying on its side. Driver: Nicholas X. Moore, 22, Charles Street, Winona Lake. Injury: Moore was airlifted in critical condition with a head injury. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
