PLYMOUTH - Tippecanoe Valley volleyball dropped its second contest in a row Wednesday, losing 10-25, 11-25, 21-25 to Plymouth. Senior Bree Sheetz and freshman Elise Smith led the Lady Vikings with three kills apiece, with Sheetz adding three blocks as well. Sophomore Erika Henderson added two aces. Valley plays its next game Thursday, facing off against West Noble.
Manchester Volleyball Opens Season With Loss to Peru
PERU, Ind. - Manchester volleyball lost its first game of the season against conference foe Peru by the score of 14-25, 17-25, 25-20, 21-25. Junior Aliala Atienza led the way for the Lady Squires with 16 points, including six aces and three kills. Senior Olivia Auler also added five kills. The Lady Squires play next at the Elwood Invitational Saturday.
Manchester Girls Soccer Comes Up Short Against Mississinewa
NORTH MANCHESTER - Manchester girls soccer fell to 0-2 on the season after a 3-0 loss at the hands of Mississinewa Wednesday. Despite great shots from Campbell Bolinger, Jessi Perez and Aymia Miller, the Lady Squires were shut out for the second time this year. Goalkeeper Kindra Stetzel had a big night, making 15 saves. Those saves brought her career total to 401, breaking the school record previously held by Kiera Stacey. Manchester will search for its first win on Tuesday, when the team takes on Wawasee.
Wawasee Girls Soccer Drops Nail Biter to West Noble
SYRACUSE - Wawasee girls soccer dropped a close game to West Noble Wednesday by a score of 1-0. The lone goal came in the first half, with the Warriors unable to match it. The loss drops Wawasee’s record to 0-2. Facing off against West Noble, the Warriors JV team picked up a 3-0 victory, with two goals scored by Morgan Reel and a third scored by Nondus Brown. The Warriors next game takes place Saturday against Westview.

LaGRANGE - Wawasee boys tennis was dominate in its second contest of the season, winning all five matches against Lakeland. Holden Babb, Joey Harper and Zeke Keim all dominated the singles competition, each winning in straight sets and only dropping three games combined.
