Pill Box, 2306 Dubois Drive, Warsaw, is being acquired by Alick’s Home Medical Equipment Inc.

In a Facebook post by the pharmacy’s president and owner, Greg Winn, he announced the acquisition.

“My team and I look forward to continuing to serve your home medical equipment needs in this same location under our new name Alick’s Home Medical,” Winn wrote. “We will stop offering our retail pharmacy services on Monday, April 26, 2021.”

For the convenience of the pharmacy customers, all pharmacy prescriptions will be confidentially transferred to CVS Pharmacy, 100 N. Detroit St., Warsaw, according to the post. “Your records will be transferred safely and securely and there will be no delay in your ability to access pharmacy care. CVS will have all of your prescription, insurance and physician information.”

If anyone has any questions or concerns about the transition, Winn states they can call 574-267-4900. If anyone would like to speak directly to a representative of Alick’s Home Medical Equipment, they can call 574-247-8118. To speak directly to a CVS Pharmacy representative, call 574-267-6208.

In his Facebook post, Winn states, “It has been an honor and a joy to serve you. At Pill Box, our goal has always been to improve the health of our patients and to serve people how we’d like to be served. It has been a delight to do so; I’ve never had a Monday morning that I didn’t want to come to work.”
