• 9:52 p.m. Friday - Matthew A. Zartman, 20, of 594 W. CR 1300S, Silver Lake, arrested for strangulation. Bond: $6,000.
• 1:28 a.m. Saturday - Joshua R. Hughes, 44, of 507 N. West St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
