• 1:24 p.m. Wednesday - David M. Kaguathi, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 1:46 p.m. Wednesday - Ross E. Patrick, 32, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #54, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 2:37 p.m. Wednesday - Kierstyn R. Calobrace, 30, of 9220 E. Kyle Road, Pierceton, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 3:21 p.m. Wednesday - Ryan James Prater, 33, of 653 Heritage Lane, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation, bond revocation and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $6,000.

• 8:01 p.m. Wednesday - Antonio A.L. Brown, 25, Fort Wayne, arrested for theft, two residential entry charges and burglary. Bond: $5,250.

• 7 a.m. Thursday - Christopher D. Spangle, 35, of 3669 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:02 p.m. Wednesday - 1007 N. Warren St., Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Minnie M. Trump, 62, Wooster Road, Winona Lake; David Perales, 41, South Bend. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:23 a.m. Thursday - West Lake Street, 200 feet east of Leiter Drive, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Brandon P. Graham, 24, Columbia City. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 2:35 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported shoplifting at the store. WPD.

• 2:42 p.m. Wednesday - A man was charged with resisting law enforcement in the 100 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:48 p.m. Wednesday - Misdemeanor battery was reported in the 2600 block of Shelden Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:47 a.m. Thursday - A woman reported a bicycle was found in the 1600 block of Green Hill Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:03 p.m. Thursday - A driver was arrested in the 3200 block of East Old 30, Warsaw, for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. KCSO.
