• 2:26 p.m. Wednesday - John R. Walsh, 38, Marion, arrested for theft. Bond: $7,400.

• 3:15 p.m. Wednesday - Francisco M. Melendrez Hernandez, 24, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #102, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $5,450.

• 8:54 p.m. Wednesday - Marquisha S. Simms, 27, South Bend, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:44 a.m. Thursday - Steven M. Norman, 26, Mishawaka, arrested for domestic battery simple assault. Bond: $1,000.

• 2:22 a.m. Thursday - Tasha N. Thompson, 34, of 410 W. Catherine St., Milford, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:30 p.m. Wednesday - 4142 E. Bowser Road, Syracuse. SUV left roadway, hit landscaping owned by Justin D. Frericks, East Bowser Road, Syracuse. Driver: Dakiyron D. Fox, 23, Goshen. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:46 a.m. Thursday - East CR 650N, 200 feet east of T49 Lane, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver: Angel S. Hardy, 48, EMS T44 Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.
