• 1:17 p.m. Wednesday - Jarrett E. Long, 20, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #125, Warsaw, arrested in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 1:52 p.m. Wednesday - Mathew B. Manges, 34, of 308 W. Boston St., Syracuse, arrested in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 2:41 p.m. Wednesday - John D. Schaefer, 51, Duluth, Ga., arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.

• 3:33 p.m. Wednesday - Tony V. Fountain, 25, of 1829 Cambridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,750.

• 4:36 p.m. Wednesday - David L. Francis, 58, Columbia City, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while being a lifetime habitual traffic violator and dealing a controlled substance. Bond: $10,250.

• 10:11 p.m. Wednesday - Ronnie Q. Moore, 33, of 202 14th St., Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery simple assault. Bond: $1,000.

• 11:33 p.m. Wednesday - Jacob D. Henson, 24, of 211 E. Prairie St., Leesburg, arrested for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 1:48 a.m. Thursday - Allan D. Abbott, 47, homeless, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.

• 11:52 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East CR 1300N and North CR 300E, Syracuse. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Debra J. Cox, 53, CR 29, Syracuse; Don A. Troyer, 83, North Creek Bend Lane, Milford. Injuries: Cox was taken by ambulance to Goshen Hospital for a complaint of shoulder and upper arm pain; Troyer was taken by ambulance to Goshen Hospital for complaint of entire body pain; and a passenger in Troyer’s vehicle, Helen D. Troyer, 78, North Creek Bend Lane, Milford, was taken by private vehicle to an area hospital for complaint of entire body pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 2:59 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of West CR 500S and South CR 550W, Claypool. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Teresa G. Adams, 66, West Turner Road, Claypool; Nicholas R. Mettert, 26, Fort Wayne. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 8:32 p.m. Wednesday - North CR 300E, 2,600 feet north of East CR 1300N, Milford. SUV hit deer. Driver: Nicole E. Savage, 35, North Hamill Court, Milford. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 3:47 p.m. Wednesday - A driver was arrested in the 600 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle while being a lifetime habitual traffic violator. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4 p.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 4000 block of East CR 1050N, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 4:50 p.m. Wednesday - Adoption deception was reported in the 400 block of Ringneck Trail, Warsaw. Value: $4,050. WPD.

• 6:25 p.m. Wednesday - A suicidal person was reported in the 500 block of Sophie Lane, Warsaw. WPD.
