NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1909-MF-000109 wherein Aurora Financial Group, Inc. was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Debra L. Minglin, Deceased, Deca Financial Services, LLC, Aaron Michael Minglin and Christopher Allen Minglin were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of October, 2020 at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN  46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    A tract in Government Lot Number 4 being the East fractional Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, described as follows: Commencing at a point in the centerline of the public highway known as the "Robinson Road" now known as Country Club Road, 110 feet South, 17 degrees 23 minutes East of the intersection of said centerline with the North line of said Southeast Quarter of said Section 17; thence East 132 feet; thence South 17 degrees 23 minutes East 60 feet; thence West 132 feet to the centerline of said road; thence North 17 degrees 23 minutes West along said centerline to the place of beginning. EXCEPTING: from the above described tract a small triangular strip more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the above described tract and running thence South 17 degrees 23 minutes East, 60 feet; thence West to a point directly South of the Northeast corner of the first above described tract; thence North to said Northeast corner.
