• 8:42 a.m. Tuesday - Jaimie L. Martinez, 31, of 9717 E. Pixie Parkway, Cromwell, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.

• 1:33 p.m. Tuesday - Scott C. Smith, 31, of 2304 S. Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:57 p.m. Tuesday - Wesley M. Morris, 60, of 1901 Sandpiper Drive, Apt. C, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 2:56 p.m. Tuesday - Joshua Kern, 31, of 107 W. Walnut St., Claypool, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

• 9:40 p.m. Tuesday - Wilmar A. Hernandez-Rosales, 48, of 115 N. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 5:43 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of West Center and North Union streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Wilmar A. Hernandez-Rosales, 48, North Union Street, Warsaw; Christopher A. Maron, 25, North First Street, Pierceton. Injuries: Both drivers were taken to area hospitals for complaint of neck pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:21 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North Old Ind. 15 and East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Car-van collision. Drivers: Sierra L. Scaife, 25, East CR 225S, Winona Lake; Stephani A. Cline, 33, North Humpty Dumpty Drive, Cromwell. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:23 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested in the 6400 block of South Ind. 15, Claypool, for possession of marijuana. WPD.

• 5:43 p.m. Tuesday - A driver was arrested in the 500 block of West Center Street, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. WPD.

• 6:38 p.m. Tuesday - A natural death was reported in the 9600 block of North Bayshore Drive, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 7:19 p.m. Tuesday - Identity deception was reported in the 1500 block of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. WPD.
