• 3:14 p.m. Thursday - Christopher Alan Jayne, 29, of 304 E. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested for embezzlement and resisting a law enforcement officer by fleeing on foot. Bond: $6,000.
• 3:47 p.m. Thursday - Kenyan Chase Bennett, 22, of 754 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
• 7:49 p.m. Thursday - Robert Edwin Gross, 52, of 504 E. Hizler St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 3:13 a.m. Friday - Marvin Martell Brown, 28, of 218 Stonewall Court, #1, Nappanee, arrested for shoplifting and public intoxication by alcohol. No bond set.
• 5:24 a.m. Friday - Eric Joseph Watkins, 25, homeless, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 4:52 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Center Street, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Gavin P. Brown, 17, South Wausau Street, Warsaw; Cory D. Streeter, 27, North Edgewater Street, Silver Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
