SYRACUSE – Nancy Lorraine Wood, 66, of Milford, passed away at 8:25 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2020, at Avalon Village Healthcare in Ligonier.

She was born on March 30, 1954, to Arthur Eugene and Lorraine Annie Urban Collins. She grew up in Bourbon, graduated in 1972 from Triton High School and lived most of her life in the Milford area.

She was married on Oct. 13, 1973, in South Bend, to John A. Wood, who survives. She retired from Campbell’s Stop-N-Go in Milford after 17 years and formerly worked at Campbell’s I.G.A. and Old Farmer’s Cafe, both in Milford. She was a member of the First Brethren Church in Milford.

She is survived by her husband, John Wood, of Milford; three daughters:?April (Pape) Ba, of Goshen; Jennifer (Brad) Kelley, of Huntsville, Ala.; and Kim Graff, of Milford; son, John Wood, of Milford; 14 grandchildren; two sisters: Kathy Wilson, of Etna Green; and Lynn Collins, of Milford; three brothers: Ken (Brenda) Collins, of Warsaw; Terry (Joe Walton) Collins, of Milford; and Ted Collins, of Etna Green; half brother, Leroy Collins, of Enfield, Conn.; and half sister, Alice Richards, of Springfield, Mass.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings:?Harry James Collins, Gary Collins, Linda Collins and Arthur Collins.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw. No services will be held. Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, is in charge of arrangements.
