• 11:36 a.m. Monday - Socrates S. Cruz, 27, of 602 N. Sycamore St., North Manchester, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $350.
• 2:37 p.m. Monday - Curtis W. Hunley, 47, of 41 EMS T16B Lane, Leesburg, arrested for three felony failure to appear charges and felony probation violation. Bond: $10,000.
• 3:31 p.m. Monday - Brittani A. Doran, 23, of 508 E. Fourth St., North Manchester, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:36 p.m. Monday - Nekolai A. Baxter, 22, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a syringe, reckless driving, resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, resisting law enforcement by fleeing on foot and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:15 p.m. Monday - Arthure Fields Jr., 26, of 4265 S. CR 1150W, Mentone, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license, possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:22 p.m. Monday - Megan M. Brunson, 26, Elkhart, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.

• 6:18 a.m. Monday - Intersection of Lake City Highway and South CR 250E, Warsaw. Car-semi collision. Drivers: Drake A. Cochran, 28, North Southwinds Trail, Warsaw; Elmer E. Conklin, 59, Napoleon, Ohio. Injuries: Cochran was taken to a local hospital for a broken leg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:41 p.m. Monday - A man reported damage to an outdoor swing in the 600 block of North Center Street Extension, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 8:34 a.m. Tuesday - Jewelry that was found in the 600 block of North Grant Street, Warsaw, was turned into the Warsaw Police Department. WPD.
