    Main Channel Marina, Inc. (“Main Channel”) with a business address of 720 South Lakeside Drive, Syracuse, Indiana 46567, has in its possession under the account of Todd Landry a boat with inboard motor which will be offered for public sale at Main Channel’s foregoing business address on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.  In accordance with Indiana law, Main Channel possesses a first priority lien on the boat and motor that will be sold.  This sale is being conducted for the reason that outstanding bills for boat storage, repairs and associated expenses remain unpaid in the amount of $575.49 as of August 18, 2020 plus accruing interest and any additional expenses recoverable pursuant to IC 26-1-7-210.  The following will be offered for sale:

    Watercraft Make: 1983 BAYLINER BY US MARINE; Watercraft Model: 2858 CONTESSA COMMAND BR; Hull Identification Number: BL2A42CD1083 (as changed by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles to be Coast Guard compliant from the following original Hull Identification Number: BL2A42CD1082-3); with an inboard Volvo Penta 260A motor, Serial Number: CU29256.

    The foregoing boat and motor are offered for sale AS IS, WHERE IS.  The successful bidder bears all responsibility, including but not limited to costs, for taking any and all legal and administrative steps required by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and any other state agencies to transfer title and registration of the foregoing watercraft into the name of such successful bidder, including the successful prosecution of a declaratory judgment or mandamus action.  All bidders are welcome.
