    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Amber Real Estate Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Agricultural to Commercial District, The Following Real Estate, located on North Side of Armstrong Rd and 0’ West of EMS T25 Ln Key Number: 029-050-001 in Plain Township.

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    A part of the northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of section 13, township 33 north, range 6 east, Plain Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana and being more particularly described as follows, to wit:

    Commencing at the northeast corner of the northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of section 13, township 33 north, range 6 east, Plain Township, Kosicusko County, Indiana; thence running south 00 degrees 02 minutes 34 seconds west (record) along the east line of the northwest quarter (SW 1/4) of said section 13, a distance of 146.71 feet (record); thence continuing south 00 degrees 02 minutes 34 seconds west (record) along said east line, a distance of 379.79 feet (record) to a point; thence continuing south 00 degrees 02 minuets 34 seconds west (record along said east line, a distance of 414.92 feet (calculated) to a point located on the centerline of "Armstrong Road" as a point of beginning; thence running north 83 degrees 14 minutes 37 seconds west (calculated) along said centerline of "Armstrong Road", a distance of 250 feet; thence northward 420 feet; thence east by parallel to the south line a distance of 250 feet; thence south 420 feet along the west line of EMS T25 Lane (as previously described to reach the point the beginning) a distance of 420 feet to the point of beginning

    The description is of a rectangular tract 250 east to west and 420 feet north to south abutting Armstrong Road on the south and EMS T25 Lane on the east as well as the extension of the same to the centerline of adjacent rights of way, to the extent not included in the foregoing description.

    This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of

Commercial Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday, November 4, 2020 At 1:00 P.M.

    All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.  Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
