Notice Is Hereby Given, That the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold a Public Hearing on a Petition Filed By Nathan & Kristi Hershberger Requesting Subdivision and Re-Plat Approval for the Following Real Estate, Key Number: 009-131-004 located on North side of 400 S and 800 feet East of 600 E in Washington Township.

And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 32 North, Range 7 East, Washington Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

    Commencing at a 3/4" pipe at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33; thence North 89°29'25" East (basis of bearings established by INDOT VRS Base, using NAD83 Indiana East coordinate system), along the South line of said Southwest Quarter, 833.49 feet (recorded 834.93 feet) to a point 0.4 feet North and 0.5 feet West of a 5/8" rebar; thence North 01°07'40" East, 20.01 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot #1 in the Sult Subdivision recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 34 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana being a point 3.5 feet North of a railroad iron; thence along the boundary of said subdivision for the next six calls; thence North 01°07'40" East, 1293.75 feet (recorded 1320') to an I-Beam; thence North 89°01'07" East, 748.23 feet (recorded 747.88 feet) to a 5/8" rebar; thence South 01°05'17" West, 447.50 feet (recorded 448.93 feet) to a 5/8" rebar; thence South 89°26'08" West, 249.50 feet (recorded 250.00 feet) to a leaning 5/8" rebar; thence South 01°00'50" West, 852.12 feet to a point 2.2 feet North of a 5/8" rebar; thence South 89°29'25" West, 500.54 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 17.41 acres more or less.

    This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioners Room On Wednesday, November 4, 2020 At 1:00 P.M.  All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.  Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
