Goshen Hospital Reports COVID ICU Spike
October 20, 2020 at 9:11 p.m.
By Staff Report-
At the previous high point, Goshen Hospital had 29 patients. Currently, they have 28 confirmed positive patients.
“We are very concerned about the increases in patients needing hospitalization over the past week,” said Randy Christophel, Goshen Health president and chief executive officer. “We appreciate every time each one of you follows the recommended precautions, helping reduce the burden on our medical colleagues and providers in the region. We all must step up to face COVID-19 together and to encourage each other during this difficult time. Wear a mask, wash your hands, practice physical distancing and stay home when you are sick. This is the only way we can keep businesses and schools open, as well as keep from overwhelming our hospitals.”
Goshen Health COVID-19 numbers are updated daily Monday through Friday at www.GoshenHealth.com.
