• 10:01 a.m. Thursday - Tracy Lynn Bowers, 49, of 1908 N. Brook Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

• 2:10 p.m. Thursday - Joshua Cole Armstrong, 29, Toledo, Ohio, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:22 p.m. Thursday - Hector Hinojosa Jr., 50, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 2:37 p.m. Thursday - Treesa Renee Metz, 25, of 10 Yvonna St., Leesburg, arrested for possession of synthetic drug or lookalike substance and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 3:14 p.m. Thursday - Christopher Montgomery, 25, Indianapolis, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:40 p.m. Thursday - Bradley Victor Waikel, 31, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:31 p.m. Thursday -  Dustin Jeremiah Sieglinger, 37, of 81 EMS W30 Lane, North Webster, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 7:09 p.m. Thursday - Leon Thomas Bontrager, 35, of 201 E. Chicago St., Syracuse, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $2,500.

• 9:55 p.m. Thursday - William G. McCleary, 61, of 201 S. Detroit St., #364, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery, public intoxication by alcohol and intimidation. No bond set.

• 11 p.m. Thursday - Tadd David Neeley, 32, of 515 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $16,000.

• 5:45 a.m. Friday - Kurt Olen Elder, 61, of 814 E. Arthur St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 7:53 a.m. Wednesday - North Ind. 15, 1300 feet south of West CR 800N, Leesburg. Three-vehicle accident. Drivers: Jeffrey A. Likes, 55, Columbia City; Cameron C. Krizman, 23, East Hesitation Drive, Syracuse; Keith E. Catron, 74, Russiaville. Injuries: Krizman complained of neck pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 2:54 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of East Center and North Detroit streets, Warsaw. School bus hit parked vehicle registered to Shambaugh and Son LP, Fort Wayne. Driver: David T. Williams, 57, South McClellan Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 11:42 a.m. Wednesday - Theft of a firearm was reported in the 7700 block of West CR 200N, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 3:09 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 2800 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 2:10 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia in the 900 block of Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:21 a.m. Thursday - A purse was reported found in the 1800 block of East Sheridan Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:44 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for public intoxication by alcohol in the 300 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.

•10:26 p.m. Thursday - A warrant was served in the 500 block of Sophie Lane, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:29 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and on a warrant in the 500 block of North Grant Street, Warsaw. WPD.
