Whitko ‘Meet The Candidates’ Scheduled Online For Oct. 21

A virtual “Meet the Whitko School Board candidates” event is planned for Oct. 21.

The forum will be in the Warsaw City Council Chambers, with a live broadcast at 7 p.m. and available for sharing later.

The link for the broadcast is https://boxcast.tv/view/whitko-school-board-candidates-meet-and-greet-ou4j4gydqqlpnc2clzud and shows a countdown to the event.

The candidates are Tracy Howard and Georgia Tenney for district 1; Jennifer Krull and Lynn Studebaker for district 2; and Annette Arnold and Jason Wolfe for district 3.

Because of the coronavirus pandemic, the public will not be able to physically attend but can watch the event online.

Each candidate will introduce themselves, give their answers to two questions of general interest about the district and have an opportunity to make closing remarks.

There are three seats up for election Nov. 3. All Whitko area voters will choose one person per district.

The event is sponsored by the Tribune-News.
