    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1912-MF-000145, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as indenture trustee, for the holders of the CIM Trust 2018-NR1, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2018-NR1 was Plaintiff, and The Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Becky Mock, AKA Becky S. Mock and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Becky Mock, AKA Becky S. Mock and Eric Mock, as Possible Heir to the Estate of Becky Mock were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of November, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Lots 28 and 29 of Ketring's Second Addition to the City of Syracuso, Kosciusko County, Indiana excepting therefrom the North 87.00 feet of said Lots 28 and 29.

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
