Alejandro Murillo's goal off a 15-yard free kick gave Warsaw a 1-0 lead with 35:02 left in the match. A Concord foul just inside the goal arch set up the score.
That lead lasted about 12 minutes as Concord started compiling numerous scoring chances with three of those opportunities turning into goals.
Arik Schwartz's goal from 20 yards for the Minutemen tied the match at 1 with 23:27 remaining in the match.
Then came an unlikely goal from Concord, as Andres Dixon scored from 25 yards to give the Minutemen a 2-1 lead.
The advantage extended to two goals when Gadiel Montiel scored from yards with 5:04 left in the match.
"We made a defensive mistake and they scored off of it," said Warsaw coach Ryan Burgher about Concord's first goal. "Once that happened momentum started going in their direction. They then hit a nice shot from the outside (for the second goal).
"This match is how our season has gone. We haven't had a ton of results go our way. We had the lead and then a goal got scored on us and our team started getting down. It has been a season filled with situations like that."
Warsaw had the first three shots on goal in the first half. One of those shots was Murillo's goal and the Tigers also had a five-yard shot from Nathan Dailey hit the crossbar with 25:15 left in the match.
Seven of the final eight shots in the second half belonged to Concord, who finished with a 9-7 shots on goal advantage.
The Tigers owned an 8-5 edge on corner kicks. In the first half, Warsaw had six of the eight corner kicks.
Tigers goalie Christian Burkholder had one save, while Minutemen Jose Martinez-Hernandez had two.
