• 10:48 p.m. Sunday - Jennifer L. Jacobs, 39, of 2227 S. Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 and intimidation. Bond: $6,000.

• 12:04 a.m. Monday - Donna J. Heiny, 58, of 944 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia with a prior conviction. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:15 a.m. Monday - Bradford W. Scarbro, 32, of 944 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested for theft, manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $31,000.

• 1:13 p.m. Monday - Jarrett E. Long, 20, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #129, Warsaw, arrested for a civil matter. Bond: $1,000.

• 1:36 p.m. Monday - Robert B. Gardiner, 38, of 8065 E. Epworth Forest Road, North Webster, arrested for failure to appear for an infraction. Bond: $500.

• 3:39 p.m. Monday - Rodney R. Baughman, 59, Ligonier, arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a controlled substance in the body. Bond: $700.

• 10:08 p.m. Monday - Tasha N. Thompson, 34, of 410 W. Catherine St., Milford, arrested for a civil matter. Bond: $1,100.

• 1:51 a.m. Tuesday - Cynthia A. Kyle, 54, of 1419 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 5:36 p.m. Monday - 1690 S. County Farm Road, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Karen Briney, 72, North Old Farm Road East, Warsaw; Brittany A. Paxton, 36, South CR 500W, Silver Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:03 p.m. Monday - Intersection of South CR 700W and West Ind. 25, Warsaw. Car left roadway. Driver: Gvonte J. Green, 17, Maye Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 12:23 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Prairie and South Detroit streets, Warsaw. Car crashed into fence. Driver: Cynthia A. Kyle, 54, Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Kyle was taken to jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 4:39 p.m. Monday - Intimidation and pointing a firearm was reported in the 800 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:23 a.m. Tuesday - A driver was arrested in the 500 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. WPD.
