• 3:07 a.m. Sunday - Luis I. Hernandez, 21, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #111, Pierceton, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.

• 10 a.m. Sunday - Jeanelle R. Curtis, 44, of 752 S. Hasting St., Nappanee, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 12:43 a.m. Monday - Danny B. Kirby Jr., 49, of 534 N. Parker St., Warsaw, arrested for false reporting a bomb threat. Bond: $5,250.
