SYRACUSE – Barbara Ann “Barb” Lilly, 66, of Syracuse, passed away at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020, at her home.

She was born on Oct. 31, 1954, in Goshen, to Raymond E. and Ella Mast Kehr Sr.

She was a lifetime Syracuse area resident and graduated in 1973 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse. She was married on Jan. 10, 1976, in Syracuse, to Francis D. Lilly, who preceded her on Oct. 28, 2018. She retired in 2017 from Rinker Boat Company in Syracuse after 34 years.

She was a member of the Eagles Lodge, American Legion Auxiliary Post 223 and former member of the VFW Auxiliary, all in Syracuse.

She is survived by two daughters:?Alison (Richard) Powell and Amy Lilly, both of Syracuse; four grandchildren; three sisters: Penny Slone, of Kimmel; Sandy (Grant) Caskey, of Albion; and Paula (Robert) Kehr-Wicker, of Lexington, Ky.; and one brother, Tony (Deb) Mawhorter, of Albion.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Kehr and Ella Warren; husband; sister, Laura King; brother, Raymond E. Kehr Jr.; and stepfather, Burl Warren.

Visitation will be from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 21 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Cremation will follow at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw.
